Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times (Australia Only)

We currently ship Australia-wide, with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may be subject to unexpected delays caused by:

  • High order volumes during holidays or sales

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Local disruptions or road closures

  • Delays in accessing secure buildings or apartment complexes

While we work closely with our delivery partners to minimize delays, please note that once an order leaves our facility, we cannot control the delivery timeline. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, feel free to contact us at info@mcpaservices.com.au and we’ll assist in tracking or resolving the issue.

Delivery to Buildings, Houses & Apartments

Please ensure your shipping address includes complete and accurate information, especially for:

  • Apartment/Unit numbers

  • Access codes or buzzer details (if required)

  • Building names or company names (for commercial addresses)

Missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details may result in your order being returned to us, or delayed until redelivery is arranged.

For customers in city areas, deliveries may be left at the building’s front desk, concierge, mailroom, or secure parcel locker if accessible. Please check your tracking details for drop-off information.

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • No one being available to receive the parcel

  • Inaccessible building or apartment

  • Incorrect shipping information

The carrier may leave a card with instructions to arrange re-delivery or collect from a nearby depot/post office. Additional delivery fees may apply if the order is returned to us and requires re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MCPA Services is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number or reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
